Independent Management began serving homeowners in 1994. The company embraced a vision of what property management should be, and wanted to bring that style to the marketplace. For 7 years IMLLC operated in Canton, MI (we still do today) until expanding the practice to open a second office in Florida.
IMLLC began Florida operations in 2001 in Bonita Springs, FL. The FL operation is committed to providing the same high level of service in an area that is under-served by the competition. By 2004, in a short 10 years, IMLLC grew to operating over 50 communities in MI & FL
In 2010 the MI operation was sold in an effort to allocate more resources to the FL business. Today our focus on SW Florida means we will stop at nothing to be the best management company in the area.
Many things have changed in the long history of IMLLC, but two ideas have remained: Provide world-class customer service and drive property appreciation higher. We committ to those ideas everyday.
